The city is reviewing a permit software for the proposed $1.28 million exterior and inside renovations for Karma Automotive at 11619 Beach Blvd. 

Bul Vehicle Revenue FL Inc., undertaking company as Karma Automotive, proposes to renovate the 15,950-square-foot former home furnishings retail outlet into an electric car dealership. Ladson Development Co. LLC is the contractor.

Vladimir “Val” A. Ranguelov is the president. Ranguelov, Karma Automotive seller principal, intends to commit $5 million to get and create the electric powered car dealership at northeast Seashore Boulevard and Interstate 295.

Leverage Holdings Jax LLC, led by Ranguelov, bought the home Dec. 17 for $2.75 million.

The town also issued a mobility cost calculation certificate for the task, analyzing $83,997 to mitigate the targeted visitors impact. The task is demonstrated as a 16,856-sq.-foot framework on about 1.4 acres.
